Front of House Manager / Assistant GM

Job Description:

The Assistant General Manager supports the General Manager with maintaining Elkmont Exchange’s revenue, profitability, and quality goals. They are responsible for ensuring efficient restaurant operation, as well as maintaining company quality and cleanliness standards.

Assistant General Manager duties will include:

● Supervising day to day operations and performances

● Hiring, training, and managing all restaurant staff

● Analyzing and reporting restaurant profits and trends

Job Requirements:

Must be at least 21 years of age
Minimum 5 years of Casual or Upper Casual Restaurant Management experience
Current Knoxville ABC permit

Sous Chef

Job Description:

Sous Chefs play a vital role in Elkmont Exchange’s kitchen. They are responsible for planning and directing food preparation in accordance to standards set by the Executive Chef.

Sous Chef duties will include:

● Receiving and storing goods as they are delivered

● Monitoring all cooks during service to ensure accurate preparation

● Maintaining work area and kitchen cleanliness to company standard

Must be at least 21 years of age
Minimum of 2 years kitchen experience

Job Description:

Server Assistants are an integral part to the Elkmont Exchange staff. They are responsible for maintaining restaurant cleanliness and ensuring our guests have a positive customer experience.

Server Assistant duties will include:

● Removing dirty glassware, silverware, and dishes after use by guests.

● Running food, drinks, and taking care of the needs of our guests

Job Description:

Servers will represent the culture and values of Elkmont Exchange in their interactions with our guests. They are responsible for ensuring a quality and memorable experience, providing quality customer service and maintaining a full knowledge of our menu, recipes, and products.
Server duties will include:

● Taking orders and serving all food, drink, and alcoholic beverages in a timely manner

Hosts

Job Description:

Hosts are the first and the last person that our guests see when in our restaurant. They are responsible for cheerfully greeting guests, taking them to an appropriate table and providing them with silverware and a menu.

● Coordinating with other restaurant staff to best meet the needs of our guests

Job Description:
